Delivery and return policy

Terms of delivery:

As soon as we have received your order, we instantly start working on it. If we have any questions regarding the delivery details, we will contact you for the approval. You will be notified when the order is ready to be shipped and you will be provided with the track number so that you can check the status of the parcel.

The delivery time can very based on location and special conditions. Most often the delivery takes only 7 to 12 days, but the delays are possible due to unexpected obstacles.

Please note that we are sustainable brand and some of the items can be produced on request specially for you, therefore it might extend the delivery time. 

 

  • Orders across Ukraine are sent by “Nova Poshta”  
  • International shipping is calculated on the checkout

Please note: We don’t deliver our items to Russia and Belarus.

Track your order:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. 

All the tracking details are in the email.

Duties and Taxes:

Customs duties and/or VAT might apply. Customs duties are at the discretion of the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. Date Affair is not responsible for any customs charges or local taxes due to international shipment. Please familiarize yourself with your countries regulations, as payment of these duties may be necessary to release your order.

Please note: If you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order.

Payment:

Online payment with a VISA / MasterCard bank card is available through electronic payment systems or Apple Pay / Google Pay.
You will receive a confirmation letter with all the delivery details and a receipt by e-mail.

Returns:

Please note Date Affair does not accept unauthorized returns.

We offer full refunds or exchanges for a different size if an unwanted item is shipped within 14 days from when it was delivered to you.

In order to receive a full refund, the item must be returned in its original condition with original labels and packaging and must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the merchandise does not meet our standards. Where provided, all original packaging to accompany the item must be included and returned in its original condition. Goods that are returned with damages may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

In cases not covered by this delivery and return policy, issues are solved individually by negotiations of the parties.
